The location was acceptable, close to several museums and a nice park.

My experience with housekeeping was not great. I requested extra water daily, but this request was often overlooked (it became a daily chore). The hotel charged an unexpected currency conversion fee, costing me an extra $255, a nasty surprise.

The hotel's location is unbeatable. It is within easy walking distance of many museums and also Parque Chapultepec. The staff demonstrated consistent helpfulness , providing quick assistance and directions whenever needed. Breakfast in the executive lounge included diverse options each morning.

I found that the quality of the toilet paper provided in the room was below the standard I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. It felt somewhat industrial in quality, and it slightly detracted from the overall experience..

the minibar was locked upon arrival, i was told i needed to leave a deposit. the lady at the desk didn't apologize for the noise issues. she just handed the invoice over.
