housekeeping issues currency conversion fee
The location was acceptable, close to several museums and a nice park.
My experience with housekeeping was not great. I requested extra water daily, but this request was often overlooked (it became a daily chore). The hotel charged an unexpected currency conversion fee, costing me an extra $255, a nasty surprise.

Excellent stay, minor hiccup
prime location easy access helpful staff diverse options
The hotel's location is unbeatable. It is within easy walking distance of many museums and also Parque Chapultepec. The staff demonstrated consistent helpfulness , providing quick assistance and directions whenever needed. Breakfast in the executive lounge included diverse options each morning.
I found that the quality of the toilet paper provided in the room was below the standard I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. It felt somewhat industrial in quality, and it slightly detracted from the overall experience..

thorough tour perfect breakfast exquisite artwork locked minibar elevator noise no apology
emma and nayeli gave a thorough tour of the hotel. breakfast at lilōu was a perfect way to start the day, every bite was a masterpiece. the hotel offers exquisite artwork throughout.
the minibar was locked upon arrival, i was told i needed to leave a deposit. the noise from the elevators was unbelievable, it seemed like an airport runway. the lady at the desk didn't apologize for the noise issues. she just handed the invoice over.
